Return and refund policy and end user agreement
1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds
At Alca Designs, we strive to offer products of the highest quality. However, we accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:
- The final product received is defective due to a manufacturing error or damage occurred during shipping.
2. Procedure to Request a Return or Refund
If your product meets the above condition, please follow these steps to request a return or refund:
- Initial Contact: Send an email to contact@alca-designs.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, including your order number and the reason for the return or refund.
- Required Documentation: Provide clear photographs of the product defect and the original packaging.
- Request Review: We will evaluate your request and notify you via email if the return or refund has been approved.
3. Timeframes for Returns and Refunds
- Returns: Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused, except to check for the defect.
- Refunds: If the refund is approved, we will process it through the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the returned product.
4. Customs Fees
Any unforeseen customs fees or applicable duties on the order must be covered by the customer. We do not cover additional costs arising from taxes, fees, or customs duties that may be incurred in the destination country.
5. Exceptions
We do not accept returns or provide refunds in the following cases:
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
- The product shows signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing defects or shipping.
